MENUS

Can Can's serves delectable food from 6:00-11:30pm, Tuesday thru Sunday.

Our menu is an extension of our homage to the European cabarets of yesteryear, and is inspired by French & Italian cuisine, with a twist. In order to embrace our rather relaxed & diverse live-music nights, our menu also incorporates a comfort food aspect that can be enjoyed any night of the week.

All menu items are made in-house, with seasonally available ingredients. We strive to utilize the immense offerings of Pike Place Market. Our meats are from BB Ranch. Our produce: Frank's Quality Produce. Our cheese: Quality Cheese Co. & Beecher's Cheese. Our bread: Le Panier.

Our desserts are made from scratch and, like our menu, change regularly to reflect the season and the options provided by our market neighbors.

We also have an impressive happy hour drink menu served Sunday thru Thursday, 6-8pm, and a late night happy hour from 11pm to close. Our extensive wine, cocktail, liquor, and beer list offers a match for every dish.

 

ABOUT THE CHEF:

Delwyn Brooks

Chef Delwyn D. Brooks has been a resident staple in the Seattle culinary scene for over 10 years; most recently cooking in the kitchens of the Sorrento Hotel, Elliott Bay Cafe, and Poco Wine Room. He was recently chosen as a featured Chef for Coming Out Local 2011--an annual auction dinner that celebrates diversity amongst the local & sustainable community.

Born and raised in Texas, he has never abandoned the comfort food he grew up watching his mother make in the kitchen. His immense experience has given him a well rounded knowledge of cooking techniques and a keen palate, but his real talent lies in his comfort food flair.
